How long a reply takes

We usually reply within 3 business days. ColoringZap is a small project: your message is read and answered by the people who maintain the site. There is no support desk, no live chat, and no phone line, and we do not publish a postal address.

What to include in your message

• Something broken — which browser and device you used (for example "Safari on iPhone"), the photo format (JPG / PNG / WebP), what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened. A screenshot helps.
• An idea or feature request — what you were trying to make and what got in the way.
• A privacy question — anything about how the tool handles photos. How it works today is written out in the Privacy Policy.
• Business or advertising — the same address is fine.

One thing we cannot help with

We cannot recover a coloring page you made earlier, and we cannot find a photo you uploaded. Photos are processed only inside your browser and are never sent to us, so we have no copy to look up. If you want to keep a result, download the PNG.

Before you write

If the outlines come out messy, try raising Smoothness, lowering Edge Detail, or starting from a photo with one clear subject against a plain background. What the tool does and does not do is explained on the About page.
